Open Letter to Mr. Premzi

I am***** ***** , one of the student who WIPRO has recruited through campus selection for 2012 batch. sir although this email is not so important for you or may not provide any benefit to your company but still i kindly request you to extract your esteemed time from your hectic schedule. 

sir i dont know whether you know or don't know about your calling process (calling recruited students for joining) but i think its really a weird case. In fact not only me whoever has heard about it, really comes in awe. Wipro hiring department sends a link which has to be clicked by students within piece of minutes otherwise they will loose their joining for next batch. My first joining came on 4th june which i failed to register successfully since i got late in checking my mail. When i contacted manger.campus@wipro.com i got in reply that i will get my joining for next batch. ....WAITING.....till then i discovered i am not the only victim of this policy. Hundreds of students were also facing same dilemma. Then i got JOINING LINK on 17 th july which i saw in FIRST minute of mail and registered successfully but i dont know what happened ,they didnt give me reporting mail . Again i contacted helpdesk i got in reply "I didnt register on my link". and then waiting again start to next batch.....waiting........helpdesk: we will call you according to business requirement.....waiting helpdesk : you are scheduled in september batch.....waiting.........sept-oct batch........oct batch........till now 4 batches have been called but i got same response every time you will get ......???

Sir though i dont understand business requirement of big companies like WIPRO(my dream company) but atleast we can get a proper intimidation and proper call.
I am writing this letter with no bad intentions but with one hope that atleast you will understand urge of a fresher who is desperate to start career with your company.

Its long time that i have drafted any post on this PRATLESS. Actually i forgot that i had made any crap like this.. :). I have penned about tech..then ..tech......n... then again copying  again ctr+c  and one more time ctrl+v.

OLED- Organic Light Emitting Diode

advantages over led:

but this will not last long for many days , because OLED is here.

TECHNOLOGY used:
A Layer of organic material is sandwiched between two conductors (an anode and a 
cathode), which in turn are sandwiched between a glass top plate (seal) and a glass bottom plate (substrate).The organic layers comprise a hole-injection layer, a hole-transport layer, an emissive layer and an electron-transport layer. When an appropriate voltage (typically a few volts) is applied to the cell, the injected positive and negative charges recombine in the emissive layer to produce light (electroluminescence). 
The thickness of the organic Layer is adjusted to produce the strongest light for each 
of the colors " red, green and blue - used to render the color picture. The three colors 
are further refined by a color filter, which purifies each color without the need for a 
polarizer, rendering outstanding color purity.

In the OLED technology, two different material groups have to be distinguished: OLED 
materials with low molecular weight called small-molecule (SM) OLED. SM-OLED were 
first introduced by the research group led by Dr. Ching Tang at the Kodak Laboratories 
in 1987. The deposition of SM-OLEDs is based on vacuum thermal evaporation. Polymer 
based OLED (PLEDs) are based on long polymer organic chains and are deposited by 
spin-cast or ink-jet principles

This new technology uses the wi-fi interface of mobile phones to allow multiple mobile phones to create their own small network.It allows a mobile to transmit call without using tower or any satellite. This software can detect other phones in its wi-fi radius also and places them to call without needing any operator.

Designer Jinsun Park from Korea has invented new technology called Color Picker. Place the pen against an object and press the scan button, the color will be detected by the color sensor and the RGB cartridges in the pen will mixed the required inks to create the target color.
